2009… ese año que está acomodándose

2009 me asusta… por venir de nuevas y por cogerme un poco a traspié. Año nuevo, vida nueva, nunca mejor dicho. Los 31 se asoman y empiezo a ver muchas cosas que antes no veía.

Bien. No sé si merece la pena, pero siempre te propones algo al empezar el año. Que se cumpla o no, es cuestión del empeño que le pongas (y que no te desinfles a la primera de cambio). Una vez, una persona (buena gente, por cierto) me dijo: "Sé consecuente con tus palabras". Bueno, aquí dejo mis propósitos para este año:

01. Ser mejor persona: o darme cuenta de que las cosas malas que tengo (y no sabía) pueden salir en cualquier momento… Así que intentar mantener esa parte mala dormida y olvidada y dejar salir la parte buena, positiva.

02. Aprender de mis errores: y no volver a caer en los mismos una y otra vez, a pesar de que parezca muy goloso.

03. Potenciar czeslaw.com.es: presiento que este es el año del despegue definitivo de czeslaw.com.es. Empieza a haber más trabajo y, al fín, me ha invadido una ilusión terrible por poder vivir de mi trabajo y no darle dinero a un jefe por unos míseros euros.

04. Dejar libre mi creatividad y conseguir grabar el esperado disco: a ver si este año, Astrobahn pega pelotazo (que para mí significa, poder seguir tocando, grabando y compartirndo mi música). Os emplazo a todos al próximo concierto de Astrobahn. No saldréis "indieferentes".

02. To learn from my mistakes: and not to fall again and again in the same mistake despite it looks like a candy. A sweet mistake…

03. Making czeslaw.com.es go up: this is my year, I can see it. Work comes and every month we have more and more projects. I prefer to face the life by myself than giving my work and money to a f*&∞ing boss

04. Making my creativity go free: and to have the opportinity to record a CD. 2009 is Astrobahn's year (it means to me: to keep on playing, recording and showing my music to all of you) Maybe you all could see for yourself what is Astrobahn. I'll wait for you all in the next Astrobahn's show!!

San Fermines 2008

Y luego llegaron los Sanfermines… Joder!!!! Vaya semanita :)

Todo hay que decirlo. A las 14:00h ya llevaba 4 cervezas y una copa y no podía con mi alma. Todo el día bebiendo, bailando y haciendo el cabra (y otras cosillas…)

Me lo pasé de muerte. Pablo, Amaia, Abel y Yoli… Yoli… un gran descubrimiento. Pablo ya me la vendió antes de conocerla y la compré con los ojos cerrados. Como dije… "una amiga de largo recorrido". Me llevo una amiga de Pamplona, creo que una buena amiga… de esas a las que puedes acudir cuando necesites ayuda (me da a mí que sí…). Gracias Pablo, Amaia y YOLI (Tarantinoooooooooorrr!!)

And then… Sanfermines… Fuck! What a week!!! :)

I was drunk at 14:00h. I drank 4 beers and one rum&cola and I couldn't stand myself. All day drinking, dancing, doing silly things (and other things…)

I enjoyed myself a lot. Pablo, Amaia, Abel and Yoli… Yoli… a great discovery. Pablo sell her to me before meeting her and I bought the stuff with closed eyes. As I said before: "a long time friend". I carry with me a friendof Pamplona, I think a good friend…one of those you can count on when you need help (I think she will be ready for it!). Thanks Pablo, amaia and YOLI (Tarantinooooooooooooooorrr!!!)

Bilbao BBK Live 2008

Un buen fín de semana. Un muy buen fín de semana. Empezamos el viaje desde Madrid Alberto, Espe y yo. Un viajecito en coche Madrid-Bilbao para ver a… The Police!!!! (por fín!). Llegamos a Bilbao (mola…) y allí dejé a estos dos en el Festival. Luego fui a buscar a mi primo Pablo (gracias por todo, man!) y, junto a Amaia (su chica, un cielo) nos fuimos a Kobetamendi a reunirnos con Alberto, Espe y un colega de Elgoibar. Los oídos preparados: Message in a bottle, Walking on the Moon… ya no podía más… dos de sus mejores temas nada más empezar… catársis. Así, hasta el final. Casi 2 horas y media de show a cargo de estos tres maduritos. Vaya caña que tienen, oiga. NO SE SEPAREEEEN!!!!.

Conclusión: muy buena música, mejor compañía y un viernes muy chulo, sí señores.

A nice weekend, a very nice wekend. Alberto, Espe and I started the trip in Madrid. Destination: Bilbao to see The Police live show. We arrived to Bilbao (cool…) and Albert & Espe went to the Festival while I went to look for Pablo, my cousin (thanks for all, man!) and Amaia, his girlfriend (very kind!). Then we met Alberto, Espe and one friend from Elgoibar. Ears ready: Message in a bottle, Walking on the Moon…I can't stand no more… two of their best songs at the beginning… wow! the same until the end of the show. Almost 2 hours and a half, Police were playinglike a tornado. They still have enough strnght to rock us loud. Don't disband pleaseeee!!!!!

Dos caminos que se unen // Two joined paths<

Finalmente, Barcelona: Radiohead!!!! (impresionante, ya era hora…). Y lo que es más importante… Irem, una persona que hasta ahora sólo existía en la pantalla de mi Mac, en mis pensamientos. Se ha hecho realidad. Por fín nos hemos conocido y ambos nos hemos visto tal y como nos imaginábamos. Al final esto demuestra que quien quiere hacer algo, sólo tiene que luchar e insistir en ello. Al final, las cosas salen… bien.

Radiohead estuvieron impresionantes. El sonido no fue el mejor, pero ellos sí. Un espectáculo mágico de luces y pantallas que nos llevaron por un momento a otra dimensión. Tocaron la mayoría de los temas de "In Rainbows" y alguna que otra perlita antigua. En fín. Ya estoy esperando que saquen disco y vuelvan para presentarlo. Altamente recomendables.

Irem, por fín te he conocido. Eres maravillosa!!!! (Mert y compañía: os portásteis muy bien conmigo!)

Finally: Barcelona, Radiohead!!! (amazing, it was time to live it…) And the most important thing… Irem. A girl who only existed in my Mac's screen and in my thoughts until now. It has become real. Finally we met and we were exactly as we imagine about each other. This demonstrates that things can become true if we still insist. Finally things go… OK.

Radiohead were so awesome. Sound was not the perfect sound but they played like God. A magic show of lights and screens. We were in another dimension. Radiohead played the most of "In Rainbows" album and some old songs. Now I'm waiting for them to put a new record on the stores and to come to present it. Highly recommended.

Irem, finally I met you. You are wonderful!!! (Mert and Co. you were so kind with me!)

Golfeando en Lisboa // Lisbon Golphus

Pues nada, ayer llegué de Lisboa con mi hermano Gero. Fuimos al Rock in Rio Lisboa a ver (era lo de menos) a Muse (muy buenos!), Offspring y Linkin Park (sin comentarios…). Creo que la gente flipó un poco con nuestra manera de entender la música y la fiesta (esa tarjeta roja y esas chicas majas de detrás nuestra: volveremos…). Mucha, mucha gente (100.000 personas lo menos) y mucha fiesta. Tengo el cuerpo que ni lo siento, debido al poco sueño y a las quemaduras del sol (sí, me bañé en la playa de Cascais, adjunto foto!). Estuvimos acompañados por dos amigas de Gero de A Coruña. María :) y Susa (se escribe así?). El caso es que me lo pasé como un enano. Los dos Outsiders, Gero y yo (y nuestros gorros golfos) hicimos de las nuestras y descubrimos que Lisboa es muy cool y tiene mucha marcha. Que se preparen los/las lisboetas, que seguro que volveremos.

Yesterday I came back from Lisbon with my brother Gero. We went to Rock in Rio, Lisbon Fest, to see Muse (really good!), Offspring and Linkin Park (no comment). I think people got surprised with our way of living music and Fiesta (red card for that guy and those funny girls on our backside: we'll be back!) A lot of people (100.000 at least) and a lot of fiesta. I've got my body crushed by a few sleep hours and by the sun on the beach (I enclose a pic!). I enjoyed a lot. The two Outsiders (Gero and I and our Golphus hats) made our Fiesta there and we realized that Lisbon is really cool and they have party time in their veins. Be prepared, we'll be back.

Vaya verano me espera // What a lovely Summer

Eso, vaya verano me espera… Este viernes me voy con Gero, compañero Outsider, al Rock in Rio de Lisboa. La verdad es que los grupos que tocan me dan un poco igual (Offspring, Muse…) pero es una excusa para pasar unos días fuera con mi amigo (que además me apetece mucho). Es un preámbulo para lo que será en Xixón en Agosto y en Grecia en Septiembre. Itinerario: 6 de Junio-Rock in Rio en Lisboa, 12 de Junio-Radiohead en Barcelona (Irem, por fín te voy a conocer!) y 4 de Julio-Police en Bilbao (So lonely!!!). Va a ser que no me puedo quejar de mi veranito musical. Hace tiempo que el cuerpo me pedía algo así (y no se lo voy a negar, por supuesto…)

That's right. What a lovely summer I'm going to spend… THis friday I'll go with Gero, Outsider partner, to Rock in Rio in Lisbon. The bands that play is not important, just the trip with my friend, the Festival is an excuse to spend time with him (and I want to…). It's the overture to our meeting in Xixón in August and in Greece in September. Our Journey: June 6th-Rock in rio in Lisbon, June 12th-Radiohead in Barcelona (Irem, finally I will meet you!), July 4th-Police in BIlbao (So lonely!!). I can't complaint about my holidays. My body was asking for something like that for a long time (and I won't deny it, of course…)

Ayer cumplió años una persona que en estos últimos meses se está convirtiendo en apoyo fundamental para mí. Ella es Irem una chica a la que conocí a través de Last.FM y que hemos creado un vínculo especial. No nos hemos visto nunca, nada más que en fotos, pero llegará el día en que estos deseos de felicidad y estos besos de cumpleaños, se los dé en persona.

Por cierto, habéis visto qué ojos? Preciosos

Yesterday was the birthday of a person who had become a very important suppport for me those last months. She is Irem a very special girl for me, a girl who I met trough Last.FM and we made a very special link between us. We have never met ourselves, only in pictures, but there comes the day when all my happy wishes and my birthday kisses, can be real, one in front of each other.
